Umbrella Central Day Care Services is a non-profit charitable corporation committed to servicing and supporting the community in establishing and administering high quality non-profit day care which values the diverse racial ethno-cultural backgrounds of the community, families and staff, Board of Directors, volunteers, students, and visitors involved in the delivery of these services.
